“First I had the worst day. I had a reservation at Public Storage right down the street. I had a full Uhaul. When I came on property they showed me my space and it had no door locks. They tried to find an alternative space but could not. I said my phone was dead and I would have to call other storage units and they said they could not help me. I drove to Walmart found a charger and across the street was Lock Away Storage. I arrived and Bryan Robinson said he would help to make my day better. He found me a space, took care of all the details. Gave the special 1 month free and also helped to charge my phone. He was a blessing and was professional and gave the best customer service.
