“After reporting twice to weekend call service last night which met with negative results, I spoke to Bianca this morning and advised her my storage unit would not latch shut for me to lock. She immediately notified mgmt who state they would check it out. Bianca kept me in the loop and although the latch was not able to be repaired today I did finally manage to latch it closed today and put my lock on the door. Bianca was professional and courteous and handled my issue in a timely fashion. She informs me that management will contact me Monday to set up an appt for maintenance to meet me to repair my door latch. Thank you Bianca for your service in this matter..”
