Drive-Up Storage

Drive-up units open straight to the outside, so you can park beside your door and load without hallways, elevators or carts. It is the feature most people ask for first, and it saves the most time on moving day, during remodels and for anyone loading tools or tall items. Door heights and unit sizes depend on the facility. Climate Controlled Storage

Some locations have climate controlled units for items that do not like Texas heat or Colorado temperature swings, such as photos, documents, electronics, instruments and wood furniture. These units are limited at most facilities and sizes are smaller, so check your location before you plan around one. Our climate controlled storage page covers what belongs in them.

Vehicle Storage and Parking

Select locations rent outdoor parking spaces for cars, trucks, trailers, boats and RVs. Measure your whole rig, tongue and mirrors included, and call the office with the length and height. See our vehicle storage and parking page for details.

Keyless Smart Entry

Many of our properties use NOKE Smart Entry, which opens the gate and sometimes your unit from a Bluetooth enabled smartphone. There is no key or combination to carry, and you can share access with a family member or helper through the app. Smart entry is on select units and gates, and padlocks are still available at most facilities. Gated, Fenced and Well Lit Properties

Our facilities are gated, with fencing and lighting around the storage areas. Gate codes and smart entry control who comes in, and an on site team looks after the property. Details such as hours and access vary by location, so your facility page has the specifics.

Commercial and Business Storage

Several Texas locations offer office suites with their own entrance, lockable doors and a separate thermostat, plus access to shared workspace. U-Haul Truck Rental

Propane Filling Station

Our Celina, TX location offers propane refills for grills, RVs, patio heaters and fire pits, with no unit rental needed. Call ahead, since tanks must be in certification and some may be refused. Details are on the propane filling station page.

Online Rental and Bill Payment

You can pick a unit and rent online, then manage your account and pay your bill from your phone, so there is no extra trip each month. Rentals are month to month, and insurance or tenant protection is required for stored items. Ask your facility about the options when you rent.

Boxes and Moving Supplies

Many offices sell boxes and packing supplies, so you do not have to hunt for the right size. Proper packing protects your belongings and makes the unit easier to use. Ask your facility what is in stock.
