“Great customer service, I ordered a unit online and realized it wasn’t adequate to fit everything I needed once I got to the facility in person. I called customer service and was given a list of available units that I could choose from. Also I was only charged the difference in prices between the units, and I still got an entire free month for my new unit. They monitor the facility to check if the locks are properly secured. Which mine hasn’t been once & they called me to let me know so I could come secure the unit. Staff on site was very helpful with taking payments for me . I would definitely recommend them if you need a storage unit , by far the best company all around I’ve dealt with..”
