Another Successful Customer Appreciation Day at Lockaway Storage on Goliad Road!
Lockaway Storage on Goliad Rd has both 24-hour access and gate-secured storage units available for rent.
While gaining new customers is always a major focus of any business, keeping customers is what truly makes a business successful. What is the best way to do this? In our view, it is showing those customers that the business cares about them! Recently, Lockaway Storage on Goliad Road held a customer appreciation day to do just that!
“When they made their rent payments, we gave them a little bag with candy, Three Musketeers, M&M’s, Kit-Kats, Twix and of course a business card,” said Dawn McGee, Manager at Goliad. “On top of that I put a green piece of paper that read: We appreciate your business, may all your good dreams come true.”
The personal touch of Dawn and her staff is obviously appreciated as Dawn mentioned she usually doesn’t have more than one empty unit on the facility at any given time. When the tenants came in, they were happy to take pictures and catch up with Dawn.
“They loved it! I had pictures taken with so many tenants! There were some really good pictures!”
