Lockaway Storage - Encino Commons: Customer Appreciation Day

There is something magical when it comes to the concept of spinning a wheel and winning some sort of prize. American entertainment institutions like Wheel of Fortune and The Price is Right show that the excitement of watching a wheel labeled in prizes turn is a unique kind of thrill. At Lockaway Storage - Encino on July 2nd and 3rd, 2019 customers had the opportunity at a fateful wheel spin themselves.

The event was considered extra special at this facility because its manager. They were the inspiration for what became an extremely popular event companywide at Lockaway Storage.

“Oddly enough, spin the wheel was my idea when we were pitching marketing ideas,” said the manager. “I just realized when I spoke about it last week that apparently my idea was on the road and other stores have been doing it.”

The wheel made its’ rounds, so to speak, at several other facilities that month and the reception was amazing.

“There are really good prizes, and things like a free lock, waiving a late fee, a free large box. The wheel makes it way around to different facilities, so I haven’t seen it lately, but it’ll make it up here for our event.”
