“Rented a unit here for about 2 years. Overall, it was a pretty mid-tier experience. Management and front office staff seemed to change often, which made communication difficult at times. Rates kept going up, the roads and driveways were consistently rough and unpaved, and I saw police in the lot multiple times due to theft issues. We also run a small business and had a piece of equipment towed because it was parked in the wrong spot—no one from management contacted us beforehand, and there was no on-site communication from the tow company. Ultimately, I moved to a nearby facility with paved lots, cheaper rent, and hopefully fewer headaches. Not the worst place, but definitely room for improvement..”
