“I was having trouble finding a good storage unit. I finally spoke to Preston at Lockaway in Johnstown. He set me up with exactly what we needed at a good price. They use an app that locks an unlocks everything so no keys or codes. He helped me set it up gave me a demonstration. He is a very nice guy. Highly recommend the facility.”
“I want to take a moment to share my experience with Lock Away Storage. My boyfriend and I were tenants there, and we were treated horribly by this company, particularly by Preston, who I believe is deceitful. Do not trust him; he is more concerned about his $700 bonus than about assisting tenants, and seems to be helping corporate take advantage of us all. After four years of renting a unit from them, they canceled our agreement and kicked us out simply because my boyfriend left an honest review about their manipulative business practices. This place is a joke—buyer beware and stay away!.”
