“my mom passed away a couple weeks ago, due to that she wasn’t able to pay her monthly fee for the storage unit. they threw all her stuff from her unit on the side of the road. that was the cruelest heartless thing someone could ever do. my brothers birth certificate was in there, who knows what they took and didn't take. super unprofessional & no one reached out to us about it someone found old w-2’s from my brothers old job and texted me about it is how i found out..”

“Great customer service I locked my keys. (Phone) inside my unit. I called the manager and she met within 30 minutes. Units are well maintained and you have a feeling of being safe. If I was to give a downside it would be the cost. Not having a storage unit in the past I don’t know what units go for. It did clear up my garage. I am going to keep it. 👍🏻.”
