“I will continue to give this business negative reviews, I wish 0 starts was a thing. my furniture was ruined inside of that unit and I paid insurance every month on it and the claim was denied because they claimed they couldn’t find “anything” wrong but what about my furniture… it it was the owners or a workers items I guarantee they would have found the cause…….”

“If I could give a 0 star I really would… I had furniture ( a sectional couch, swivel chair, ottoman, king size bed w/ box springs , and other items in the storage for 2 1/2 years may I add they furniture was nearly BRAND NEW when put into storage in 2022 I believe and here it is 2025 I went to retrieve my furniture and items to move into a home and EVERYTHING was molded& mildewed and not to mention a rodent got into my mattress!!! I paid for the insurance every month and now that I do an insurance claim they deny it because Lockaway claims they couldn’t find anything wrong in the storage but they had to do work on the storage units multiple times since I moved my items in the unit, they don’t think maybe them opening and letting moisture into my storage unit didn’t possibly damage my items …. About 3 thousand dollars of furniture gone…...”
