Thank You Texas Self Storage Association For The Legal Seminar!

Taking care of our customers’ belongings is our top priority. By providing top notch training for our managers, we equip our team to help renters in a wide variety of situations. This is why our senior management in San Antonio attended the Texas Self Storage Association’s (TXSSA) legal seminar on March 12, 2021.

“It’s a great reason to get together with other district managers,” a team member said. “The woman who presented, the attorney for the association, always has such great information. The biggest thing I like about it is that they don’t just tell us how things are. They make a point to ask us how we’re doing something, and the other owners and managers put their hands up and we have a real discussion. The sharing of information, how you do things, is important.”

Thank you to the TXSSA from the Lockaway Storage team for creating an event where we could interact with other top self storage operators and speak openly about the legal changes shaping our industry.
