Lockaway Storage - Rittiman Road: Customer Appreciation Day Follow-Up

They say that it’s the little things that make a big difference in a relationship. At Lockaway Storage on Rittiman Road the team had a customer appreciation day for that exact reason.

On June 1st, the facility team offered customers and future customers free cookies, water, soda, and hot tea in their office. The tasty gesture was their way of saying thank you to the community and giving everyone a chance to get to know each other a little better. 

The event also provided the team with another chance to ask customers to drop off donations for the Food Drive that concluded on June 2nd. They were pleasantly surprised to have more than one tenant come to the event with canned goods for the drive!

Everyone who attended also received referral cards (for $50!), so even customers that were on the move and just jumping in to pay their bill were able to receive a token of appreciation. That’s really what it is all about for the team at Rittiman! Next time you see a customer appreciation event, pop up there, say “Hi”, and enjoy the party!
