“Sure their clean, but they went digital, so now you have to use an app to get into your unit, and 90% of the time you have to call them because the app won't unlock your unit, so they reset or unlock it from the main office (hope they don't just go in my unit whenever they feel like it since i can't put my own lock on it), oh but don't worry they don't answer on Sundays or Mondays, so if your app won't open your unit on those days you're screwed. Yup getting my belongings out of this crap..”
