“I setup my account and reserved a unit online. The webpage had a bit of foolery but it wasn't too bad. The contracts are on par with any other storage facility. After setting up my account and picking the unit size, I was given a code. I used the code on their app and was able to drive over and drop my stuff off. The unit came with a lock and was totally ready to go. Staff was polite on the phone and in person..”
