“The storage unit itself is nice. I like the app accessibility, super convenient and modern. We took advantage of a promo that gave us the first two months of fees half-off. However, shortly after our promo ended, our fees were increased an additional 14.5% on top of what we were originally quoted. Had we known fees would increase so much, we likely would have gone elsewhere, but it's too late now. It feels sneaky that they were not forthcoming about the fee increase when we signed up..”
